Stalls

LYFE is a four hour festival and our stalls are a large part of creating the atmosphere that makes the day so special. Over the years LYFE has has attracted a diverse range of stalls and we hope to continue to expand the range and quantity of these each year. 

Previous fundraising food stalls have provided reasonably priced options including a hangi by Te Whare Roimata, food by Malaysian and Philippine groups, Red Panda, the Scout’s sausage sizzle, Guide biscuit sales, Linwood College Pacific Culture Group, the Salvation Army water and food caravan plus ice cream.

Education, careers, health and community service providers have also been out in force in the past,  including the Air force and Army cadet recruitment teams, the Fire Service kitchen fire demonstration, the Christchurch Safety Team, ACTIS, Linwood College, Maata Waka, Career Services, 198 Youth Health, YCD and others.

Having a food stall at LYFE is a great way to raise funds for your organisation, group or club. Having an information stall is a great way to raise your community profile and promote your service. Some organisations choose to have both a food and information stall.
